Hi guys! I’m back from Portland and honestly, if I had tried to blog, I wouldn’t have enjoyed myself as much as I did. It was truly one of the most relaxing and fun trips I’ve ever taken. The days didn’t fly by as fast as a normal vacation and we were able to take everything in.
I haven’t even begun thinking about how I’m going to recap being that I have about 500 pictures so until I get back into the normal swing of life, work, and dirty Jersey living, here’s a review.
We probably walked miles through the streets of Portland…
We toured a vineyard…
and even did some barrel tasting.
We made Oregon grass angels..
saw some beautiful waterfalls..
and hiked up to a gorgeous view.
We ran around the Willamette River…
and thankfully we did because we consumed a ton off amazing food.
and I can’t forget the out-of-this-world cocktails.
and beer.
and it was all in the company of amazing people.
I can’t wait to recap day by day, but for now, I’m busy with work, half-marathon training, laundry, grocery shopping, and all the crazy post vacation catch up.

Its looks like you had a great vacation, looking forward to the recaps!
Happy to hear you had a great time. Looks like a really good vacation spot.
Looks like you guys had SO much fun!
I love Joe’s guacamole tee – ha!
haha he’s a goof- but it SO describes him!
I’ve never been and the only thing that makes me think of and helps me form an opinion of Portland is Portlandia (the show on IFC which I loved). Is it really full of hipsters and the 90s never left? Lol I’m being serious, btw.
hahahha I LOVE it! “Is it local?” lol and yes, lots of hipsters but everyone is so nice and relaxed!
That is awesome, I have to visit!
Glad you are enjoyed everything! It looks like so much fun! Especially the barrel tasting, that is so neat! Sounds like you have a lot to catch up on, so good luck with it all!
The barrel tasting was pretty neat! I didn’t know we were going to do that, so when we got downstairs to the barrel room I was so excited!
Can’t wait to hear more about the trip. My best friend is moving to Portland in August or September and I can’t wait to go visit her!
It’s awesome, she’s going to love it!
