Hi guys! This is going to be short and sweet because I have a long list of to-do’s on this rainy Monday!
My morning started off with some yoga compliments of #fitblognyc.
I did the AM yoga and it was a quick 30 minute stretching and rejuvenating practice. I’m ready to take on the day! But not before breakfast, of course.
Yesterday we grilled pineapples with cinnamon and brown sugar. Obviously I wasn’t going to let the leftovers go to waste! Chobani’s 2% pineapple greek yogurt was layered with grilled pineapple, banana, and granola.
Me and my parfaits lately! I’ll probably make a parfait a day until my Chobani runs out. I made one yesterday too; strawberry banana. Can you tell I really like this glass for parfaits? It’s the perfect size.

Grilled pineapple in a parfait sounds fab! I have got to try that out. That’s the only way I’ll eat pineapple actually!
Whenever I do a fitness DVD’s at home, my dog will weave through my arms and sit right next to me, which makes it super hard to finish them!
I need to grill some pineapple with brown sugar…and then throw it in a huge yogurt parfait. That sounds amazing!
How did you like the yoga DVD? I almost did it yesterday but may try it tomorrow?
It was pretty good – the AM was was super low intensity though. I felt like it gave me a good stretch but not a full yoga practice by any means. I haven’t done the PM one yet – let me know if you end up doing that one!
