I don’t even know how to begin this post, so I’ll just start with the fact that Blend Retreat may have been one of the best weekends of my life.
This is most definitely not a full recap. Don’t worry, those will come soon. But rather a quick update on what I’ve been doing this weekend.
Boulder, Colorado was absolutely beautiful!

This morning was spent trying to figure out where to put all my swag….
Yes, that is
my dirty sports bra a notice that my bag was inspected. I knew immediately when I opened it and everything was moved around and I freaked for about 3 seconds when I thought they confiscated my Core Power protein drinks. When I landed, my suitcase wasn’t on the carousel. Turns out that since I checked in 5 hours before my flight, they sent it on an earlier flight and it was waiting for me at the airport. Could have been worse – I’m sorry Alyssa!
I already utilized some Love Grown foods to make breakfast.
Having had Chobani every morning while at Blend Retreat made me crave it this morning. I have enough granola to last me through the summer (who am I kidding, it will be gone by next week) so I see lots of Chobani bowls in my future.
I have to head into work soon and I’m having some trouble….Blend Retreat withdrawal!
Each one of you had truly inspired me this weekend to be more positive and motivated in my every day life. I can’t believe it’s over, but I am excited that I will see some lovely faces again this Wednesday at the Fitness Magazine Blogger Meet & Tweet.
A big thank you to Janetha, Katie, and Lindsay for organizing this amazing retreat. It was such a pleasure to enjoy everyone’s company, meet new faces, workout, and explore Colorado without having to be at a lecture every hour like most conferences (not that I don’t enjoy those too!). Great idea, ladies! I am already in line to sign up for next years retreat!
