I promised I’d announce the winners of the Luna Fiber bar giveaway, but first lets cover my quick workout and lunch.

I really wasn’t feeling the gym or a run this morning, and there are not any convenient yoga places around. Being that our new TV is up in our bedroom, I decided to search on demand to see if there were any fitness or yoga videos. Sure enough, there were a few, but the one that stood out was Core Fusion Yoga. I attended a core fusion class back in October and really liked it so I figured I’d give this video a shot.

It was only about 20 minutes long but after about 10, I was definitely feeling the burn and breaking a sweat. I got a great stretch and felt better after a quick workout (better than none at all, right!?).

Lunch was a mixture of things since I couldn’t decide. What’s new?

I cut up some TJ’s mini heirloom tomatoes and sprinkled them with truffle salt. I also cut up an apple and topped it with smoked gouda cheese. My favorite part though, of course, was the zesty spice & garlic Tribe hummus with Way Better Snacks no salt blue corn chips & carrots.

Delicious!

Okay, now for the winners!

That lunch sounds delish! Sometimes a hodgepodge of whatever sounds good is the best thing :)
