Where have I been since Saturday? Out enjoying life. Oh, and a tad bit of work.
My weekend via iPhone/Instagram
Sunday started with a 4 mile run along the Hudson…
The last mile was super slow due to 85 degree weather and a big hill!
I stopped at Joe’s restaurant and ended up indulging.
First, a mushroom, fontina, and spinach omelette…
Next, Joe sent out a piece of cake from a party the night before.
Drink creations started happening…
Which meant more food was needed….
A new secret recipe for the juiciest burger, EVER. Yes, that’s prepared rare.
Later on, we ordered dinner. Simple: pizza & eggplant parm sandwich + some wine.
The night ended with froyo.
This needed to be documented….
Joe eating froyo? I never thought he would get froyo with me.
Monday = a wine seminar & tasting (for work, of course!) with all wines from Oregon @ City Winery.
seminar / charcuterie, cheese, & pate / wine tasting
wine tasting / quick stop at the smallest baked by melissa
dinner at slice (local, seasonal, and farm fresh!) – hummus trio / amazing pizza / ithaca apricot wheat
That’s about all I’ve got for now, because tomorrow just involves more “out enjoying life”. Also known as another wine tasting for work!
