That’s right, I skipped the gym again. That’s two Fridays in a row. Luckily, this week I did some legs on Tuesday so I didn’t feel as bad about it (today is normally my leg day). I’ll just do some more legs again tomorrow like I did last Saturday. Although Sunday is my off day, it feels nice to take a break on Fridays. I am always tired at the end of a long work week. Plus this morning, aside from my quacking duck alarm on my iPhone, I woke up to the sounds of rain and some thunder. Not really a motivation to get out of bed!
For some reason though, when I don’t workout I feel tired for the rest of the day. It’s probably a combination of no workout and the weather that is making me feel this way, but atleast it’s Friday Friday Fridaaay!
This place near my office is offering 50% off your entire order for the month of June if you place your order online. Jackpot! I normally bring my lunch because eating out can get expensive, but I found out about this and decided to treat myself.
I ordered a salad with about 10 toppings. I always go overboard and end up paying so much, but today I didn’t care. I got the works; chicken, avocado, peppers, broccoli, almonds, chick peas, radish, carrots, cucumbers, beets, & oil and balsamic for dressing.
They even through in a peice of garlic bread. I couldn’t help but have some.
I tried to keep lunch light because tonight I have plans with my friends Kristina and Carrie to get pizza from Homemade Pizza. You go there to get the fresh inrgedients and bake it at home. They also have salads, cookies, and ice cream, so I foresee lots of indulging tonight!
